Are you sure that you have 3.6.2 installed (you should have 'org.eclipse.jdt.core_3.6.2.v_A76_R36x.jar' in the 'plugins' folder)? We fixed bug 329288 for 3.6.2 which looks related to your issue. Which JRE are you using? Do you have source and/or Javadoc attached? If Javadoc is attached: is it on disk or fetched from the web?
