Returned Id is wrong as well. It's "{workspaceId}/{projectId}[/{path}]". The first segment can be omitted.

Location returned for each children in /git/clone/... is in format /git/clone/{workspaceId}/{projectId}/{path} and should be /git/clone/[worksapce/file]/path.
