nested classes/interfaces in type literals, e.g.

---
file.imported(typeof(ISemanticNodeProvider$INodesForEObjectProvider))
--- 

are not listed by content assist. As a consequence, they are also not added to the list of import automatically.

nested classes are proposed now, but applying them has problems. see bug #410060
