[BDD] Why a tool for ports and flowports in BDD if no compartment to display ports. Graphical part of ports and flowports are not shown on the diagram. (random issue)

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a block
2.Create a port or a flowport
3.Check diagram

Should work correctly in r4753.

Port and FlowPort can be shown as "Bordered" items (a problem with the label parser remains with this representation)
Or listed in the following compartments "Standard Ports" and "Flow Ports".
If the compartment are not visible, use "Ctrl+F5" make them visible.
