drag and drop the top of a transition arrow in the FSM diagram will not change the .room file. Take the blinky model from bug 345813. Drag and drop the top of the init transition from off to on within the blinky substate. Save the file. Nothing changed !!

Need a ReconnectionFeature also for Bindings and LayerConnections.
