Initial combined what's new for PDE

I have just combined the N&N entries from each milestone. This needs further editing:

- Revise information and screen shots that are out of date
- Combine related/overlapping entries if appropriate
- Remove references to "milestone" or specific milestones

I reorganized the entries some and committed them to HEAD.  I will update a couple screenshots for consistency.

Nice, 652 px, two too many.

Dani, can you redo the screenshot on WinXP?  I can switch OS's and do it if you are unable. There is no reason for it to be anywhere close to that big.

Fixed in HEAD.  505px wide now

The following two were also too wide:
  edit-default-workspace.png
  shared-license.png

Fixed in HEAD and released for I20110519-0800.

Is the maximum width different for the 'what's new' page?  I thought maximum width was 650 px (Eclipse Doc Style Guildelines).

In general yes. But the WN also uses space on the left. In order to not get a scroll bar they need to be <520.
