Initial combined what's new for JDT
I have just combined the N&N entries from each milestone. This needs further editing: - Revise information and screen shots that are out of date - Combine related/overlapping entries if appropriate - Remove references to "milestone" or specific milestones Markus, please put it in. I went through the N&N items and checked for outdated/missing doc, and found the following - Reference > Menus and Actions > Navigate menu actions : Update/improve doc for Open From Clipborad - Correct the screenshot for ‘Exchange operands’ quick assist in N&N (I will take care of the above two) - New hyperlinks *Java development user guide > Tasks > Navigating the Workbench – talks about ‘the hyperlink’ – it should be updated *There is no comprehensive list of hyperlinks in Java editor. Now that we have many, maybe one should be added to Reference > Java Editor - Unavoidable generic type problems, Compiler detects methods that can be static (2 new options) – add to Reference > Preferences -Show latest JUnit test in all windows - add to Reference > Preferences - Breakpoint history - Update screenshots of breakpoints view and breakpoint properties dialog -Properties file editor enhancements - Not sure if we need to add/update docs for this Add to tips and tricks - Ctrl + drag to add to Call Hierarchy - Quick Outline shows inherited members for nested type (update the existing entry) - Open Type Hierarchy on multiple type containers (update the existing entry) I've cleaned up the items and released to HEAD.
