Currently only the src-gen folder's name is configurable for the JavaProjectBasedBuilderParticipant, but as there is a static check for the folder to be a source folder, this builder participant is not able to create reports or (in my case) documents which should not be copied to the bin/ folder. I propose to make this check optional by providing a template method for that.
