The root JAXBTestSuite contains a large number of test cases.  The number of test cases is causing a problem on some systems.  This bug is to refactor JAXBTestSuite into smaller suites.

Fix checked into trunk at rev:  9369

Code reviewed by:  Matt MacIvor

Fix Details:
- Moved tests from org.eclipse/persistence/testing/jaxb/annotations package into their own test suite
- Removed reference to ExternalizedMappingTestSuite from JAXBTestSuite
- Included AnnotationsTestSuite and ExternalizedMappingTestSuite in the suites refrenced by build.xml
