Will provide a patch once the document is updated for 3.7.

Fixed in HEAD.  Added links to the sections of the updated what's new doc.  I didn't change the tips and tricks because the PDE one is too short to have sections.

Curtis, I've changed it a bit so that it matches how it's done in the other doc bundles. Similarity is always good. And updated the copyright date.
