Edit an Xtext file so that there are many errors.
Save it.
=> there are many markers in the Problem View
Remove Xtext Nature from project.
=> the markers remain in the Problem View

Could be a little bit tricky:

We would have to collect all markers that are Xtext markers, check the resource service provider of the respective language for presence of the builder stuff and conditionally delete the markers.

In the past, I have just done a deep delete from the IProject of the marker types used by the nature/builder.

we decided to keep it simple and delete all Xtext markers (+ subtypes) of the project from which the nature is removed
