There seems to be a path in the task finder where and ITask can be found, but the correct LinkedTaskInfo is not created.

Steffen, thoughts on whether this code was just missed or if there seems to be a reason for it?  It seems that we should always return the ITask version of the LinkedTaskInfo if we find and ITask.

I'll track a fix on bug 346709 which describes the same problem.
