Introduced by changes for bug 312984, both CompositeArtifactRepository and CompositeMetadataRepository contain references to Boolean#parseBoolean which is a 1.5 method.

Both bundles list J2SE-1.4 in their Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment

As a point of interest, did the build catch this?  Why only now (bug was closed 2-3 weeks ago)?  Seems like something the build or API tools should be catching...
