Please find attached a specific implementation of match/diff engine for UML2 models. Its implementation is described on the following wiki page http://wiki.eclipse.org/EMF_Compare/UML_Compare.

The joined archive is composed of 3 plugins: the ecore model of the extension alongside the main implementation, the .edit plugin of the ecore model and the test plugin.

the new engine patch

a new version of the UML2 compare engine (with test cases).

A lot of improvements (better merger, support of class, package, composite, use case, activity and sequence (node only) diagrams.

These improvements, along with the test cases, have been pushed on bth master and the 1.2 maintenance branch
