This was found on FireFox 4.
1. Open "Open Resource" dialog with Ctrl+Shift+T
2. Hit Esc
3. Try Ctrl+Shift+T, dialog doesn't open, but we get errors:

4. Refocus from the FireFox (switch to another application)
5. Go back to Orion
6. Ctrl+Shift+T -> dialog works!

I've checked on Chrome and IE8 and it doesn't occur.
