There seems to be some network issue on your side (like site.xml for the http://community.polarion.com/projects/subversive/download/eclipse/2.0/indigo-site is cached somewhere). Of course there is no 2.2.2.I20110124-1700 version, because 2.2.2.I20110419-1700 version was deployed for Indigo M7.
I have checked it and everything works just fine.

There seems to be some issue, for sure. Installing it under a completely fresh Indigo build and workspace works. (I forget that it is always best to try to install Subversive before anything else.) This sort of begs the question of why an Indigo P2 update site even includes a site.xml...
