This bug is for Paul Harmon. We talked on the phone and the problem is that the IRs are not being refreshed between generations. The java generator creates temporary variables and needs to modify the IRs during generation. On subsequent invocations, the old modifications are still there.

The IRs are now cloned when passed to a generator.

closing this defect, which was fixed several months ago
