After selection from Web Tools category of either editors feature I get:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=SDKProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Artifact not found: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.wst.common.emfworkbench.integration,1.2.100.v201011172300.

I'm counting as a dup of bug 345078 but see also bug 345086. 

As a work-around, you can use -Declipse.p2.mirrors=false so artifacts come directly from download.eclipse.org.
