Description Konstantin Komissarchik CLA 2011-05-09 14:26:19 EDT
Consider the following diagram that users orthogonal connections:

  X -------------------|
                       |
  Y ---------|         |
             |         |
             |         |
             --------------------> Z

Let's say the user wants to arrange the connections so that Y-Z overlaps more with X-Z. To do this, the user would have to move two bend points on the Y-Z connection, while being careful to maintain orthogonal nature of connections. It would be better for this scenario to allow connection segments to be moved instead of individual bend points. Hovering over the second segment on the Y-Z connection could present the user with left-right resize cursor, allowing the connection segment to be dragged left-right. Same thing should work for cases where the segment can be moved top-down.

Bulk deferral of diagram-related items to the 0.5 release.
