Current build editor is using fixed heights for Test Results, Artifacts and Changes sections. It would make sense to have those sections fill in entire editor height. Also, it would be handy to have a resizeable split panel between sections (similar to PDE manifest editor).

I agree that we should make use of the available screen estate as good as possible. I have marked the bug has helpwanted to indicate that we would be happy to support a community contribution to resolve this bug.

I'm tentatively scheduling this for 0.9 to investigate if we can improve the layout.

I have pushed a change to make the Changes section fill any remaining vertical space.
