Allow changing Text style, Include in next/previous navigation preferences
This patch fixes the problem as well as "Include in next/previous navigation" being unchangeable. I notice that the preference keys are the same as org.eclipse.cdt.core.breakpoint which means that any change in one's preference will affect the other. I wonder if that's intended?
