The MPI number of cores field on the PBS RM is only 4 digits wide. For large systems, it should probably be at least 6.

Two issues.

1.  was relying on an internal Max default.  Now if there is no max defined it is set to Integer.MAX_VALUE.  Similarly, undefined Min is set to 0 (makes more sense in the tab cases than Integer.MIN_VALUE).

2.  The width of the spinner should be given a widthHint in the configuration.
