The About Dialog link has been fixed as part of another ticket / work packet. 

We still need a new icon for the functional testing what's new page.

Spring cleaning: this bug is old and we haven't got around to fixing it. Not looking good for the near future either. Marking as wontfix, please reopen if anyone has new arguments / information / a patch.
