At 5:45pm today (EST), I got this error:
Bug in Mailman version 2.1.12

We're sorry, we hit a bug!

Please inform the webmaster for this site of this problem. Printing of traceback and other system information has been explicitly inhibited, but the webmaster can find this information in the Mailman error logs.

Well the error logs says 'stale NFS file handle'. Have you tired it today?

Please try it again.  Unfortunately, mailman is one of those pieces of software that is not designed to run on multiple servers, so these occasional glitches are bound to happen.
