This patch adds a properties page "Project -> Properties -> C/C++ Build -> Remote Information", where users can modify remote information (host and directory locations, for example) for existing or newly created build configurations. This patch makes the patch from bug 344519 fully functional. The new properties page replaces the old "Remote Location" tab, which had some problems and was disabled before the patch was committed. See bug 344519 for more details.
