I find hard to navigate in a large file in the editor.
I don't use the outline view because with the files I work with the list is huge.

my wish list:
1. good find dialog (Bug 345033)
2. Open declaration (F3 in Eclipse) <- this feature alone would be awesome
3. Quick outline (Ctrl+O in Eclipse) - must have the filter input at the top otherwise it would be as useless (to me) as the current outline view
4. Bookmark - bookmark a line + bookmark ruler (sometimes I leave compilation errors on the lines I'm working on so I can use the error ruler to jump back and forth to methods in the same file).

Another one I miss
Last edit location (ctrl q) in Eclipse
Comment 2 Silenio Quarti CLA 2012-09-25 15:25:33 EDT
Released the ability to bookmark lines in the editor (item 4). Note that the bookmarks are not persisted.

1) has been fixed for a while.

Comment#2 is also fixed for a while.

2) and 3) have other bugs (esprima outliner).

It is also possible to navigate over annotations (bookmark, errors, etc) using Ctrl+. and Ctrl+,.
