Implementation of project filtering for the Git Connector UI.  Now the Dialog will only give the user the commits that contain at least 1 file taken from the selected project.  All other commits are filtered out

Added new patch that includes optimizations when getting the change set information.

Also included is the reformatting/refactoring to comply to mylyn guidelines, see bug 341684 for more details
