I get a NPE when "Mark Occurrences" is enabled and the caret is on an element that cross-links to a different file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Eclipse with the Domain Model example
2. Enable "Mark Occurrences"
3. file1 contents:
     entity Foo1 {}
     entity Foo2 extends Foo1 {}
4. file2 contents:
     entity Foo3 extends Foo1 {}
5. click on Foo1
