After adding new action from JFace Actions palette WindowBuilder shows error view, and can't parse generated code

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create empty JFace project
2. Create ApplicationWindow
3. Try to add action in designer from palette to menu or toolbar
