Sorry for the verbose title. In my workspace, I have an active task (with associated context) selected and I'm filtering my problems by having selected the "focus on active task" button in the problems view.

If I click on the resource column to sort by that column causes all of the relevant warnings to disappear. If I click to sort by another column, the warnings return.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
See above

So this bug only happens when you are focusing on a particular task?

That's correct. I just tried it again (this time there are errors in addition to warnings.) It didn't occur in this case, so it may be dependent upon there being only warnings in the problems list.

Wow, the filtered problems view is actually much flakier than I first experienced. I found that I see different subsets of warnings (including sometimes none show up as per the original bug report) when I click on the different columns to change the sorting: (description, resource, path, location, type.)

Shawn, can you reproduce this problem?
