The org.eclipse.persistence.moxy.dynamic project should be renamed to org.eclipse.persistence.moxy.dynamicxjc.

Fix checked into trunk at rev:  9316

Fix Description:
- The org.eclipse.persistence.moxy.dynamic project was renamed to org.eclipse.peristence.moxy.dynamicxjc
- The build xml/properties files were updated to reflect this change
- A temp jar was renamed from eclipse_dynamic_persistence to eclipselink-moxy-dynamicxjc
