PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If a time field contains a time that is not an exact multiple of 15 minutes (e.g. "08:11" or "12:00:29") and you open the time chooser field (without changing anything!), the time is automatically rounded to the nearest 15 minute interval ("08:15", "12:00"). This might be a desired behaviour for some cases, but not for all cases! Consider a search form on a log file view, or a form to configure scheduled background jobs. EVALUATION: - PROPOSED SOLUTION: Leave times unchanged while opening the time chooser. In cases where only 15 minutes intervals are allowed, this should be configured individually by overriding the execValidateValue() method.
