We modify the version numbers of the SVG plugins to make them unique,
so that we can ship a new copy with each XDCtools release. The "About"
tab in Eclipse 3.6 Plugins page throws exceptions when these plugins
are present. The plugins are signed, and the root cause looks to be
an incomplete job removing the signature.
