The dialog that is shown for an UIProcess with the user flag set to true truncates the note text. One of the following behaviors would be expected:

1. The text is wrapped
2. The dialog is resized to display all of the note text
3. The text is truncated and appended with three dots

IMHO the best solution would be a combination of 1 and 2 where the dialog is resized to a maximum of e.g. 80% of the clients window size and the text is wrapped.

The dialog  of UIProcess can display long texts.

If the text of the description is very long the dialog will get the correct size and if the text is still to long the text will wrapped.
Note: The first description defines the size of the dialog.
