Cloning of a specific repository via SSH hangs in the fetch phase in Eclipse. The problem only occurs on Windows, with a specific repository and JGit. It works with msysgit. It also works with Linux and Mac OS X using JGit.

Here are two numbers that may be of interest: in org.eclipse.jgit.transport.PackParser$InflaterStream, actualSize is 385024 and expectedSize is 1289200.

When I clone using C git, here's the contents of the pack directory:

Sorry, it looks like an internal SOCKS proxy was the problem (which should have been disabled for the git server hostname).
