With all Maven plug-in IDs changed, it is very hard to migrate a Tycho build from pre-0.12.0 to 0.12.0. We really need to provide migration instructions on a wiki page.

I consider this as a major issue, because it will prevent our users from testing our 0.13.0-SNAPSHOT.
