Example: Table with two rows (key, value), column value should be editable but only for first three rows

disable of editability on cell-level doesn't work
(execDecorateCell: cell.setEnabled(false) has no effect).

disabling the whole row does work, but renders the whole row as read-only which is not necessarily the desired effect
