Description Xiaoying Gu CLA 2011-05-03 07:21:01 EDT
EGit version: 0.11.3

After several failure when pushing my local repo to remote repo via https, (always indicated that the remote repo is not autherized.) I checked the preference and remove all the entries in Secure Storage. Then I tried to push the local repo again, Error dialog pops up.

Steps to reproduce:
1. There is some settings in the Secure Storage in preference, and one entry is for Git.
2. Remove the entries from contents tab of Secure Storage from preference.
3. Choose the project in workspace and try to push to upstream repo.

Actual result:
Error dialog pops up: An internal error occurred during: "Push to BIRT - origin".
Preference node "null" has been removed.

Please see the attached screenshot.

Faced the same issue. Restarting eclipse fixed the problem. After restart it prompted me again for username & password for my git account.
