The org.eclipse.sphinx.xpand and org.eclipse.sphinx.xtend plug-ins should be merged and the new plug-in should be named org.eclipse.sphinx.xtendxpand.

Fixed as bug description.

In OutletConfiguration page, add the createOutletProvider() method that allow to users to provide the outlet provider to be used. This is usefull for adding new outlet by default.
