Do you get this problem with dialog windows? (In reply to comment #1) > Do you get this problem with dialog windows? No, I've only noticed this with the main Eclipse workbench window. It happens with 3.7 M7 too. I've noticed the heap stack was filling and being collected for a few seconds after I clicked the close button. So, a plug-in must be doing work in the background. Maybe in its activator stop() method? Do you have any other additional plugins apart from Eclipse SDK? There are too many plugins. You may want to try out by installing them one by one and find which one is creating the delay and open a bug against that plugin. |
