Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch eclipse using -nl ar -dir rtl attributes
2. Crate a CPP project and edit CPP file thus there will be an error in it
3. Build the project

Result:
Wrong order in Problems view and Arabic-indic numbers i.e: X warnings, Y warninngs, errors Z
