Arrow icon shown in variables view on Debug perpective is not mirrored when eclipse is launch with RLT option.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch eclipse using -dir rtl attribute
2. Create a simple CPP file
3. Debug the application
4. Open Debug perspective and inspect the variables view
Result:
The arrow icon besides the variable name is opposite
