I think I hit the same issue yes-today and talked to Szymon and he fixed it. In M7 we are supposed to do nothing in that case.(we should show what has been committed though , but that's post M7) If you are clicking on a commit that comes from a file when you go to git log , you should be able to open the Orion editor to see the file content on that commit.
