'Remote Call Hierarchy', 'Remote Include Browser', and 'Remote Type Hierarchy' all do not work.

See bug 342806 for details. The same violation made in CDT was made in RDT code.

Thanks, Remy for reporting this probelm and your fix patch.

I noticed the CDT changes while I am working on the bugzilla, https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=344287, I was actually updating them in RDT and will check the code in soon.

I will let you know when the update is checked in.
