Along with the "binary only" plugins we need to deliver plugins with the source code, a.k.a SDK plugins.

Two new features created:

* org.eclipse.libra.facet.feature.source
* org.eclipse.libra.warproducts.feature.source

They include the respective source bundles and the features with the binary bundles.

The source features are available on a separate category on the p2 repository: Enterprise Tools for the OSGi Service Platform SDK
