I was trying out the copy/paste in the navigator and noticed only files get their name added in the "Copy of" dialog.

Fixed.  I was trying to be too smart and computing the name using slashes, rather than just getting the display name from the item.  This also fixed two related problems:
- before I wasn't decoding the characters from the location
- root folders were using the implementation folder name rather than the visible name.
