Try to submit a bug report by selecting "Report a bug or enhancement" from the menu
Fill out the form
Click submit and select "anonymous"
Bug will not be submitted
Will keep shopwing the same dialog
Now provide a username and password
bug will successfully submit

If anonymous is not supported, do not provide it in the UI

How do I get Eclipse to forget my bugzilla account details so I can send the screenshot?

I don't even have the option to submit bug reports. I'm guessing it comes from Mylyn.

I have it under help->report bug or enhancement

Frank, does the Bugzilla task editor now show an info message if repository credentials are missing?

Yes you get the message "Anonymous can not submit Tasks!" patch committed 2011/05/15

Great. I believe the message is sufficient. It is clickable and the link provides a simple way to enter account credentials.
