Both inline comments and the review comment should have spell-checking enabled text viewers to help people spell their comments correctly.

Added support for all Gerrit operations while at it (the other goodies such as completion are there as well). Personaly, I spell everything perfectly so I don't need this feature, but hopefully otehr people will like it.
