I know that hitting the enter key instead is a nice workaround :)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open test suite editor
2. Double click on the test suite on top
3. Close the first appearing dialog (e.g. click cancel)

This error was only reproducibly on windows machines.

Verified manually. Add test case reference now only appears one time when double-clicking in test suite editor.
