When adding a new reviewer, there should be a content assist available like in the task editor to quickly get the mail adress of a known person in this repository.

Nice, that's definitely an improvement. I have pushed the patch to master. At some point it would be good to get rid of the dialogs but this requires a proper offline model etc. which is not fully in place, yet.
